Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Lombard

it was a very long time since I stay in embassy suites, the breakfast was very good , great selection buffet style the rooms were very clean , spacious and also the room we stay in had a dinner area The staff was very friendly and professional, the only negative was we didn't get to use the pool the night of our stay since it look like that day someone had the whole family family stay there lol but overall great stay and will definitely be back when I travel back in the area

The Embassy is my go to for weekend getaways, family Reunion stays, de-stressor or me time. Always a pleasant experience with a great breakfast and staff.

Came for my son's 16th birthday, very careful about where we stay he has autism and he loves space the staff made sure we were in high room so he can use his telescope to watch the planet's and stars...I was comfortable with him moving around hotel without him knowing I'm watching from balcony it's also very family friendly this was my second time in one month and we we definitely be back a lot in summer he also loves water.....Thanks Carrie ❤️

The excellent customer service I received from Ms. Delisha and Mr. Mo was amazing. They make you feel so valued as a customer. They are so friendly, patient and personable.

The room was clean and comfortable. I loved that it had a walk-in shower and not a tub/shower combination. The breakfast was great and I enjoyed the evening reception they offered.
